WE ARE...


 an independent music and arts collective founded in Ottawa, Ontario in late 2003. Vinyl Tap operates under a strength in numbers philosophy in hopes that if one member succeeds, everyone involved will be brought up to the same plateau. Most of us are 90's hip-hop kids but we're open to everything out there in this great big world.  Vinyl Tap promotes shows,  crushes cities, bakes cakes, reviews music, rides bikes, makes friends and releases albums; We're getting better at it everyday. Now with members located in Montreal and Toronto as well, Vinyl Tap is expanding and conquering all. We are the Thor (bad ass Viking God) of independent arts collectives. We destroy all when we drop the hammer. As we expand our empire we remain dedicated to producing and promoting the best music, the best artists and taking back culture for everyone.

Our primary purpose is to create and spread art.
